In our Ashtanga Primary Led classes, you can expect:
- A Set Sequences: 49 Postures and 35 Vinyasas. A strong and fast-paced sequences that keep you moving, building heat, and increasing heart rate. The sequence is designed to challenge your strength, flexibility, and balance.

Some Knowledge of Asana is required as Queuing is minimal.
Due to the pace of the practice 5-15 breaths per posture (asana) our instructors have very limited time in explaining the correct queuing technique, therefore
we advice starting with "Foundation for Beginners", "Hatha" followed by “Vinyasa” classes, as this will give you the basis on which to build from.
