Before your mind starts to drift you will find yourself in another asana (yogic posture) this will give you a strong foundation
For active minds! Enjoy a flow before entering your meditation, an extended guided meditation relaxed in savasana (completely reclined posture)
The best way to start your day!! These meditation are practiced seated in Nobel Silence for 45 minutes. Whilst at first they can be challenging, you will soon start to see an increased sense of calm in your daily goings and overall mental resilience and clarity. Nobel Silent meditations were made popular by the teachings of the Buddha and led by our Hal since completing Vipassana 10 days in Nobel Silence. “It’s like emptying a bucket full of water, I feel like my mind is that heavy full bucket, and I empty it out onto the soil, all day long my mind blossoms”
40 minutes, 20 seated, 20 in savasana or laying down. The perfect rest bite to rest and digest the end of one week and the start of a new, like a sunrise feel ready to start again. At times guided, at times left to reflect. This is YOU time.
