Introducing Shala Gifts, free classes for active members (holders of 4/8/12/16 or 20 class package). These classes are our way of giving back to our wonderful Yoga community. You‘re welcome to use Shala Gift classes to top up on your practice. We want for you to have a full rounded experience so have included a Shala Gift Pilates with Caronne, A strong Yoga practice to refine and define your physique with Rebecca, Vinyasa and Flow with Terry as well as guided meditations with Hal. We hope you enjoy ☺️

We honer our bodies, and respect that, like the phases of the moon they too need rest.
On Moon days, The Shala will offer a reduced Full Moon service.
