Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that induces a deep state of relaxation between sleep and wakefulness. It's also known as yogic sleep.

You will be relaxed, warm and reclined in savasana or if you prefer seated in meditative posture, the lights dimmed, enveloped in gorgeous smells and surrounded by Yeliz’s calming healing tone and sound bowls. This is a most beautiful experience, the perfect Friday night, you will sleep most peacefully post practice and enter the weekend feeling healthy.
